BS METAL designs, fabricates and installs aluminium frames, outdoor structures and steel constructions. Our workshop is in Pikermi; we work throughout Attica and on selected projects in the Cyclades.
How we work
Every project goes through the same stages. The sequence is not a procedural detail — it is the reason the result does not depend on luck.

Technical study
Before anything else we define what the construction has to do: use, dimensions, orientation, exposure to wind and sea, thermal insulation, acoustics and security. The solution follows from those — not the other way round.

On-site measurement
Dimensions are taken on site. In a renovation we also assess the condition of the existing frame, the geometry of the opening and the clear width that has to be preserved.

System selection
Profile series, typology, glazing build-up, mechanisms and surface treatment are chosen together. A good profile with the wrong glazing, or the wrong coating for the environment, does not perform.

Fabrication
Production follows the technical specifications of each system, with documented control procedures.

Installation
Performance does not stop at the workshop. Fixing, levelling, joints, sealing and final adjustment are part of the system — this is where the performance the profile promises is either achieved or lost.

Handover and support
After installation we remain responsible for adjustment, maintenance and technical support. What is covered and how.
Technical qualification
Certifications are not decoration. They determine which systems we are permitted to fabricate and under which procedures.
Certified fabricator of architectural systems, in accordance with the manufacturers' technical specifications and procedures.
A personal certification — technician for the fabrication of architectural aluminium systems, following successful theoretical and practical examinations. This is not a company certification.
Documented production control, declarations of performance and CE marking for the applications where these are required.
