2. What we collect
Through the project enquiry form we collect only what is needed in order to reply:
- name,
- telephone number,
- email address, if you provide one,
- project location and description,
- photographs you optionally upload.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use any traffic-analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) and we do not build user profiles.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The details are used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, to arrange an on-site measurement where needed, and to perform the contract if the project proceeds.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the initial contact, and performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) thereafter.
4. Recipients
Your details are not sold and are not passed on for advertising purposes. Access is limited to BS METAL staff and to the following providers:
- Enartia Single Member S.A. (“Papaki”), N. Plastira 100, Vasilika Vouton, 70013 Heraklion, Crete, VAT no. 999082935 — hosting of the website, execution of the enquiry form, domain registration and hosting of the email accounts.
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland — messages you send to bsalumetal@gmail.com are held in Gmail.
The site loads no content from third-party servers: fonts, images and scripts are served from the site itself. No tracking cookies are used. Details are shared with workshops or suppliers only where necessary to carry out a specific project.
5. Retention
Enquiries that did not lead to a project are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as tax and civil law require.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise them, contact bsalumetal@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens.
7. Security
Details are transmitted encrypted over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
